I will tailor our practice to your specific goals, which may include: more heightened or nuanced mobility; stress relief; greater physical or emotional comfort with your body; greater control over your physio-emotional processes. Please note that I am not a certified personal trainer, physical therapist, or psychologist; I am not qualified to and will not attempt to treat illness. Rather, I draw on my own experience with these practices to facilitate a deeper, more sustainable wellness.
